Get ready to grow your knowledge and root for native plants! Join us on April 24th with Kathy Wilson, an avid local naturalist and Chapter Leader for the Sussex County Native Plant Society, to learn about the wonderful world of native plants. This is your opportunity to dive into the fascinating realm of native plants and discover their crucial role in improving water quality and supporting pollinators, birds, and other wildlife.  Participants will learn how to create a thriving, climate-resilient landscape that benefits both you and the environment!

Program Presenter

Kathy Wilson leads the Sussex Chapter of the Native Plant Society of New Jersey.  Her interest in gardening for wildlife and nature led to her interest in birds, butterflies and pollinators.  She is also the president of the Sussex County Bird Club and the secretary for the New Jersey Chapter of the North American Butterfly Association.
