#OptOutside on Nov. 27 with a guided hike on the Lake Hopatcong Trail

November 13, 2020| Recreation

By: Donna Macalle-Holly

Give yourself some space and #OptOutside with us on Black Friday, November 27, with a guided group hike on the Lake Hopatcong Trail.  No registration is necessary. We’ll meet at the Roland May Eves Mountain Inlet Sanctuary, 401 Lakeside Ave, Andover, at 10:00 am. Limited parking is available at the site.  When possible, please carpool.

The easy-to-moderate hike will be approximately two hours and does include sections with a few tripping hazards.  As an alternative to our usual narrated hike, we’ll hike to enjoy the beauty and serenity of our natural surroundings as well as the fellowship of the group.

Please wear comfortable shoes and bring bottled water.  Masks will be required when gathered and during the hike.

It's amazing what a couple of hours outside can do for your well-being. Join us!
