Have you ever wanted to be part of something truly special? Then you should consider volunteering for the 2025 Lake Hopatcong Block Party. We can all but guarantee a great time and a fulfilling experience!
Every year, volunteers rave about the fun, camaraderie, and sense of purpose that comes with helping organize the largest gathering of neighbors, friends, local businesses, and organizations around the lake. Whether you're giving back to the community, meeting new people, or completing service hours for school or work, the Block Party offers a wonderful opportunity to volunteer for a few hours or a full day.
From helping set up and break down the event, to greeting guests, assisting with free boat rides, and leading kids’ games and activities, there’s something for everyone. You could help out with the scavenger hunt, sell raffle tickets, or assist in the Children's Activity Area – and that’s just the start!
Not available on May 17? There’s plenty to do the day before, and any time you can give us is makes a big difference.
Ready to jump in? Sign up for one (or more!) volunteer slots and don’t forget to spread the word to your friends, family, and neighbors! Hopatcong State Park is the place to be on May 17, and we need YOU to help make it amazing!
