Can you believe it? It’s been two years since we’ve gathered together at the Lake Hopatcong Yacht Club for our Set Sail Gala and Auction, and some of you may be wondering, “What can I expect at this year’s event?”
We’ll be decked out in summer nautical dress for an evening of food, drink, and celebration of our lake at the breathtaking, more-than-century-old, historical Lake Hopatcong Yacht Club. Seating will be indoor and outdoor, so pull up an empty chair at the table of your choosing and catch up with friends and fellow LHF supporters, while Rhonda Denét and the BTB Trio play the night away!
The Lake Hopatcong Yacht Club culinary team has been “cooking up” fabulous ideas for hors-d'œuvres and a delicious dinner that’s sure to please every palate! Exquisite passed plates and gourmet dinner stations with meat, seafood, and vegetarian options are on the menu for July 31; and we will be kicking things off with an hour of open bar. Stay tuned for the announcement of our Set Sail signature drink (as well as how to make your own)!
Come meet our new executive director, Kyle Richter, and hear his updates on the many initiatives the Foundation has undertaken since he has been at the helm.
From golf foursomes to ziplining to on-water adventures; from beautiful works of art to boat tours to historic pub crawls, this is an unmissable auction!

Bidding will be exclusively by mobile phone (or by your preferred electronic device, if you are joining us from home), and participants can bid (and be outbid) from anywhere!

While our silent auction will open online on July 28, we are setting aside a selection of unique items on which gala attendees can bid exclusively on the evening of July 31.
At 9:30 pm on July 31, we will draw the three winners of our Split-the-Pot raffle. The first-place winner has a chance of winning up to $7,500! There is still time to purchase your ticket(s) by calling 973-663-2500.
