Threadleaf Coreopsis (Coreopsis verticillata)

Threadleaf coreopsis (also known as whorled tickseed) has long-blooming yellow, daisy-like flowers. It attracts butterflies and is deer resistant. Considered one of the easiest plants to grow, it is adaptable to both dry and wet growing conditions. It has been a popular garden flower since the 19th century.
