It’s been 11 years of the Lake Hopatcong Block Party (plus or minus the off nor’easter and pandemic year). That’s thousands of guests, hundreds of volunteers, and so many Block Party volunteer t-shirts!
Every year, we thank our Block Party volunteers for their participation with a t-shirt that also keeps everyone looking uniform on the big day. In the past, the t-shirts have been red, orange, blue, green, purple, light blue, royal blue, gray, rainbow tie-dye, blue tie-dye…
Help us choose our next Block Party t-shirt color here! And while you’re helping us choose, why not sign up to volunteer at this year’s event on Saturday, May 17? There’s a task to fit every ability, from setting up and breaking down, selling 50/50 tickets and surveying vendors, to parking, children’s scavenger hunt table help, passport adventure help, and more!
Not available on May 17? There’s plenty to do the day before at Hopatcong State Park, and every hour of help makes a difference to organizing Lake Hopatcong’s largest lakeside party! Feel free to email blockparty@lakehopatcongfoundation.org if you have questions before signing up.
