Lake Loop seeks volunteers

By now, you’ve heard about the Lake Loop’s triumphant return to Hopatcong State Park on October 2! Our bike/run/paddle challenge brings hundreds to Lake Hopatcong, to celebrate New Jersey's largest lake as a recreational resource and to raise funds to help keep it healthy and vibrant.

Similar to the Lake Hopatcong Block Party in the spring, “it takes a village” to make the day run smoothly, especially with so much activity along our bike, paddle, and running routes.

We’re asking for help with everything from checking-in participants, to guiding them along their respective routes, to staffing the rest stops, and more. This is guaranteed to be a fulfilling day of giving back, at a beautiful spot – and your lunch and t-shirt are on us!
