Online Ordering: Friday, April 25 – Thursday, May 1, 2025
Order Pickup Date: Saturday, May 3, from 9 am to 12 pm
Location: Lake Hopatcong Foundation, 125 Landing Road, Landing, NJ

Choose from more than 50 varieties of native plants—including meadow phlox, milkweed, asters, and several new-to-our-sale species—all native to New Jersey. A full list of available plants will be shared next week.

Learn Before You Plant

Join us on Thursday, April 24, for an evening with Kathy Wilson, local naturalist and Chapter Leader of the Sussex County Native Plant Society. Kathy will share practical tips for transforming your yard into a climate-resilient landscape that supports pollinators, birds, and clean water.

Location: Lake Hopatcong Foundation, 125 Landing Road, Landing
Time: Program begins at 7 pm (doors open at 6:30 pm)
Cost: Free (donations appreciated)

More information and registration are available HERE.

Why choose native plants?

Native plants naturally occur in the region where they evolved and are beneficial to the local environment. They are adapted to the landscape, requiring less water, fertilizer, and maintenance once established. Native plants play a vital role in supporting the world's ecosystem, providing sustenance and habitat for birds, native bees, butterflies, bats, and other mammals.

By planting native species in your yard, you help protect wildlife and create a healthier environment for yourself, your family, and your community. You are also supporting the health of Lake Hopatcong and our watershed!
