Welcome, Cole!

June 17, 2022| People

By: Kyle Richter

We are excited to welcome Cole Beckerman to the LHF team as a summer intern.

Cole just completed his Junior year at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA where he is majoring in Earth & Environmental Sciences and minoring in Sociology, as well as Graphic Design. Cole is also an Officer and the Recruitment Chair of the Outing Club at Lehigh University and has spent time volunteering with the Seeing Eye, Morris County Parks, and Duke Farms. In addition to interning with the Foundation this summer, Cole is also completing an internship at Greener by Design in New Brunswick.

In his first couple of weeks at the Foundation, Cole has helped plant and launch Floating Wetland Islands in Ashley Cove and has started working on maps and online resources for a series of water trails on Lake Hopatcong.

Cole is passionate about the environment and having spent summers around Lake Hopatcong, he is excited to help make a difference!

Welcome, Cole!
